PRAYING FOR PAGANS AND THE LORD'S PRAYER

The Quran states that it confirms the biblical scriptures as in Surah 5(48), (50)-)52). In Surah 9(112), it says that the Muslims are guaranteed the garden of paradise because Allah has promised them so through the Law, the Gospel and the Quran. In verse 114 the Muslims are directed not to pray for the forgiveness of the pagans. These verses are nothing but lies. The Quran does not confirm the biblical scriptures because the Bible, in Mark 11:15-17, states the exact opposite of what the Quran teaches. Sura 5 (48) We have surely sent down the law, containing direction and light: thereby did the prophets, who professed the true religion, judge those who judaised; and the doctors and priests also judged by the book of God, which had been committed to their custody; and they were witnesses thereof. Therefore fear not men, but fear me; neither sell my signs for a small price. And whoso judgeth not according to what God hath revealed, they are infidels. (50) We also caused Jesus the son...

THE CARE OF MARY

The Quran states that when Mary was pregnant with Jesus, lots were cast with arrows to determine which priest would be charged with her care.  Sura 3  (42) And when the angels said, O Mary, verily God hath chosen thee, and hath purified thee, and hath chosen thee above all the women of the world: (43) O Mary, be devout towards thy Lord, and worship, and bow down with those who bow down. (44) This is a secret history: we reveal it unto thee, although thou wast not present with them when they threw in their rods to cast lots which of them should have the education of Mary; neither wast thou with them when they strove among themselves. (45) When the angels said: O Mary, verily God sendeth thee good tidings, that thou shalt bear the Word proceeding from himself; (46) his name shall be Christ Jesus the son of Mary, honourable in this world and in the world to come, and one of those who approach near to the presence of God; and he shall speak unto men in the cradle, and when h...

ON QIBLA AND RELATED MATTERS

Abraham never turned in the direction of the Kaaba to pray. He did not build it nor was he ever there. Ishmael did not grow up with Abraham because Abraham sent Hagar, Ishmael's mother, and Ishmael away from his household. Solomon built the temple in Jerusalem, not in Saudi Arabia. Muhammad was uttering a complete lie because its confirmation is not found in the biblical scriptures at all. Related matter  Genesis 21 Yahweh visited Sarah as he had said, and Yahweh did to Sarah as he had spoken. 2 Sarah conceived, and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. 3 Abraham called his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore to him, Isaac. 4 Abraham circumcised his son, Isaac, when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him. 5 Abraham was one hundred years old when his son, Isaac, was born to him. 6 Sarah said, “God has made me laugh. Everyone who hears will laugh with me.” 7 She said, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurs...

ABRAHAM AND ISHMAEL AT MAKKAH; AND QIBLA

Sura 2 (122) O children of Israel, remember my favour wherewith I have favoured you, and that I have preferred you before all nations; (123) and dread the day wherein one soul shall not make satisfaction for another soul, neither shall any compensation be accepted from them, nor shall any intercession avail, neither shall they be helped. (124) Remember when the Lord tried Abraham by certain words, which he fulfilled: God said, Verily I will constitute thee a model of religion unto mankind; he answered, And also of my posterity; God said, My covenant doth not comprehend the ungodly. Commentary by Maulana Muhammad Ali on (124) Quote The Israelites’ contention was that prophethood should always remain in the house of Israel, and that the promised prophet of Deut.18 : 18 should be an Israelite. In this section they are told that the covenant was made, not with Israel but with Abraham and Ishmael, that therefore the seed of Ishmael and Isaaac were equally to be blessed. The Jewish and Chri...
