True Nature Of Islam

The quran states that to every people was sent messengers and apostles and prophets. It is said that 124,000 in all were sent. This is an unbelievable number. For it means that before Muhammad, who is called the last prophet, there were 124,000 people groups in the world, speaking 124,000 different languages, practicing 124,000 different cultures and traditions.Today there is a much greater population on earth  than 1400 years ago and yet not enough people groups  to even come close to that number. How can one believe such illogical nonsense? Islam is empty deceit, not a religion. Proof texts follow:     Sura 4:163.
