An in-depth study of Al-quran: Sura 10 to Sura 16

The following verses make clear what is required of Muslims: “S7(204) And when the Qur'an is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy. S16(98) And when thou recitest the Qur'an, seek refuge in Allah from Satan the outcast”. Hence the primary requirement of a Muslim, before anything else, is to recite the Quran. But what of study? How should the Quran be studied? Does it allow for exegetical study? The short answer is negative. The following sura fifteen warns all Muslims to refrain from such studies.

Sura 15
89 And say: Lo! I, even I, am a plain warner,
90 Such as We send down for those who make division,
91 Those who break the Qur'an into parts.
92 Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one,
93 Of what they used to do.
94 So proclaim that which thou art commanded, and withdraw from the idolaters.

I have done exactly that which the Quran warns against. I have made divisions and broken it into parts. An exegetical study mindful of the chronological order of quranic events is neither necessary nor appropriate. This is in accordance with the chaotic arrangement of Al-quran itself. Hence it has this to say about me: S16(104) Lo! Those who disbelieve the revelations of Allah, Allah guideth them not and theirs will be a painful doom.(105) Only they invent falsehood who believe not Allah's revelations, and (only) they are the liars. It calls me out to be a liar and as such a painful doom awaits me because by being a non-Muslim, I apparently have invented falsehood. Have I invented falsehood or have I exposed it?

I have exposed falsehood. The Quran has been redacted and undated to suit the then current circumstances - a few centuries after Muhammad’s death - to address the issues that arose. What Muhammad spoke is intertwined with what the Caliph wanted expressed. It is a manipulation, an ideology that is political. Its religiosity is fake, an empty deceit. Its sura and ayat arrangement is a chaotic helter-shelter mess which enables its real purpose and message to be hidden.

Therefore in order that a subject matter be understood it is necessary to break the Quran into parts i.e. topical concordances.
