Noah  And  The Deluge  The Quran states that Noah was sent to his people and that he tarried with them for 950 years. Obviously he preached. But his people continued to live in sin and therefore they were drowned in the great flood. Well, there is tits and bits of truth in this portion of surat 29. It proves that Muhammad was just engaged in gossip. Just idle talk made into revelation from Allah and thus becomes scripture.
