A scriptural comparison. Notice verse 28, which says " O sister of Aaron" . If Mary was the sister of Aaron, then she would be about a 1400 year old virgin when she got pregnant with Jesus. And in verse 29 Jesus is already "a young boy".Jesus grew and was a young boy within a few hours from his birth.
